My name is Ray. I’m a former trumpet player, and a former mailman, and a former Postal supervisor. Having gone away from all that, I have developed a passionate interest in the development of new blogs. This one is going to document the journey. (I apologize for that. I really didn’t want to use the word, “journey.” It’s so…cliche. It just seems like the best word…but I don’t have to like it.) I will be writing about my thoughts, and actions. I’ll talk about goals. Strategies. Tactics. And I’ll be talking about the nuts and bolts of blogging. The development of the look of this blog, which I expect to continually refine. This will definitely not be a static blog. I’ll be updating content on a very frequent basis. At least daily…sometimes more. Most important is that I’ll be entertaining, or at least I’ll try to be. You be the judge. My philosophy is that any blog, no matter what it’s niche or purpose must be entertaining.
Comment. Lots of comments. I encourage commenting. It’s not only helpful to other readers and myself, as the blog grows it will help you as well. I believe that commenting is only second to guest posting in building a blog’s readership. Commenting can help develop ideas for all readers. It’s a good thing.

Update: As blogs will, change has occurred here at the blog-log.net. It would seem that my focus is gravitating toward internet marketing now more than it used to. Funny how that happens.
